  • What am I worried about?

  • Then ask yourself: what can I do about it?

Brainstorm likely solutions: Find a job that pays you more, starts a business, freelance consulting, learn how in investing your money, sell your things… write all that you could possibly think of.

The Further Step is Essential:

Let’s say you’ve all possible solutions in front of you, make a careful decision. Which path is right for you at this point? What do you’ve to look to do?

Make a conscious decision that is aligned with life purpose and don’t let others influence that decision. In the end, it’s your life, not theirs. And if you fail, come back to the previous step and choose another path.

The last step is the hardest: a theory is over and lets act now. You’re not helping yourself by staying in Fantasyland. Make a decision and walk the pathway that you chose. Resistance will be experienced as fear and you will try to evade taking that first step, but it’s critical that first you believe in your intuition and start carrying out your decision. It’s already discussed how we can face worries of past and the present.

Now let’s cover the future. Here is an excellent method that I want you to work on. Think about your biggest problem right now. This technique will prepare your mind in facing the obstacles.

First, ask yourself:

“What’s the worse situation that could occur if I don’t solve this problem?” Think about the worst-case scenario, if everything goes wrong what would happen?

Now, the key is to imagine that this is already occurred and accept the consequences. As hard as it is, accept that reality. In this way, you are brainwashing your mind to think that the worst has already happened, and the remaining is to accept the consequences and move on.

To end this technique, return towards present and know that in you are in a simpler stage of mind. By accepting the worst-case scenario, your mind is ready to work without that fear of failure. When you accept the worst, there’s nothing you could lose & you can focus on solving the problem without drowning in worries. Whenever you worry, remember the following:

  • It was in past and it is, is already dead, and no need to worry about.
  • And of the present is that analyze the situation, choose a path and start walking.
  • If it’s in the future, accept all the bad situations and act without worries and better your situation.

Despite knowing these techniques, once every while, you will continue to worry. It’s in our humanoid condition, our mind wants to feel stimulated, it wants to escape the present, and be ready what’s coming in future. That’s why it is essential that you’ve to be peaceful. Try to pay close consideration to your mind. If it wants to escape the past or the future, gently return it to the present. The human mindset cannot be focused on two things at a time. Try to be completely engaged in the activity you’re currently performing:

  • When you’re driving
  • When you’re eating
  • And when you’re bathing

Stay fully present in the now, doesn’t matter how your mind wants to run return towards present. Take these tips & apply them to your lives.

Imagine: living entirely involved in the present. Being totally engaged in any activity you’re doing. This mindset is going to provide you best results. And above all this, you will see that you could solve complications without having to feel concerned, stressed or anxious. Because your mind will be completely focused and devoted towards present.
